Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 3 business days from the date of receiving the product only in the following cases:
   
   
• The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.


• The customer receives a product different from the confirmed order.


2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, and invoice.


3. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
   


• The product has been used or damaged after delivery.


• The original packaging or box is damaged or missing.


• The product has been customized, engraved, or personalized in any way.


4. If the return or exchange is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong product), the customer will bear the shipping costs both ways.


5. If the error is on Acqua dell’Elba’s part, we will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
